The US$85-million project will comprise of 50 luxury villas with private swimming pool and a private beach, a restaurant, a recreation centre, a spa, a marina and yachts among other amenities to ensure the welfare and privacy of the families.
A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed recently to this effect between LHM and the Maldives’ Kalaidhu Investment Pvt. Nasser Lootah, Member of the Board of Directors of S.S. Lootah Group and CEO of Lootah Hotel Management said, Islamic hospitality is gaining popularity with those who prefer quality services provided in a calm atmosphere that commensurate with family values.
“We are happy to be partnering with Kalaidhu Investment for our upcoming resort project. The decision comes as part of the Group’s strategy to expand its footprint and customer base towards prestigious tourism destinations around the world,” said Nasser.
