H-Media as the sole owner of this website (either a person or company) is authorized to register HalalMedia.NET membership to promote your company’s products or services within its website and other affiliated websites, which include HalalSME.com, HalalMedia.my and HalalMedia.co.id.

FALSE INFORMATION
Any person(s) found to have illegally registered a company within the system under false pretences is deemed to have committed a fraudulent act. H Media reserves the right to take any legal means necessary towards the said individual or organisation deemed to have been represented by the individual.

NON-REGISTRATION
H Media reserves the right to deny company registration of any products or services that it deemed to be inaccurate, non-complete or inappropriate including, but not limited to illegal and/or pornography-related materials. The decision by H Media is final and non-negotiable.

PERIOD
HalalMedia.NET membership is lifetime for basic members and on annual basis for premium members. This is renewable for as long as the company as well as its products and services are in compliance to H Media’s Terms and Conditions and general business conduct and code of ethics.

CHANGE OF STATUS
All HalalMedia.NET members shall immediately notify H Media as and when there is a change in any particulars or details related to your company. Failure to do so within a “reasonable period of time” is deemed to be the fault of the member and H Media is not liable for any loss arising from this.

LEGAL AFFAIR
No one shall be allowed to offer or sell any illegal or pornographic materials, products and services within HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites. H Media will not be held responsible for any damages or problems occurred to other users, visitors or members during or after using any information contained herein.

EXCLUSION OF REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES
All products and services of HalalMedia.NET members and the overall content of HalalMedia.NET are provided on “as is” basis without any representation or warranty whatsoever, either express or implied, including but not limited to any representation or warranty as to their performance, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose or use; and all representations and/or warranties, to the extent capable of being excluded under applicable law, are hereby expressly excluded by H Media, its licensors, dealers, distributors, agents and employees, and all third parties (if any) involved in the creation, production or delivery of HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites and/or the overall content.

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites, its licensors, dealers, distributors, agents or employees, or any third party involved in the creation, production or delivery of HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites or any of the overall content be liable for:-

  1. Any direct, indirect, special, incidental, secondary, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of the use of or inability to use this business portal or any of the overall content (such as but not limited to loss of data, loss of business information, business interruption or delay, or loss of anticipated revenue, profits or benefits, or any economic or financial loss), whether based upon contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or otherwise, and even if they were aware of, were advised of, or ought to have known of, the possibility of such damages;
  2. Any consequences of downloading or using any attachment transmitted through HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites;
  3. Any failure, delay, disruption or interruption in, of or to HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites, howsoever caused or arising;
  4. Any failure, delay, disruption or interruption in, of or to the transmission or reception of any data or information through HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites, howsoever caused or arising;
  5. Any defect, deficiency, breakdown or failure of any software or any equipment or system (whether or not maintained or operated by HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites or any other person), howsoever caused or arising;
  6. Any loss, corruption, deletion or damage of or to any data or information (whether belonging to, provided by or stored by the visitor or otherwise) which is transmitted to or stored in any system or equipment (whether or not maintained or operated by HalalMedia.NET and its affiliated websites, the visitor or any other person), howsoever caused or arising;
  7. Any breach, failure of performance or delay caused by a force majeure event; and/or
  8. Any defects, deficiencies, errors, omissions or inaccuracies in this website or in any of the overall content.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Subject always to the express exclusions in these terms of use, the liability of H Media, their licensors, dealers, distributors, agents or employees, or third parties (if any) involved in the creation, production or delivery of this business community portal or any of the overall content, shall in no event exceed in the aggregate the sum of Ten Malaysian Ringgit (RM10.00) only, whether in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise, or for any loss, damage or liability whatsoever.
